Not All Hand Sanitizers Are Created Equal

Posted by Caree McCullough on

At the beginning of the pandemic, anything to disinfect ones hands when soap and water were not around, was good. However, we now know that there are quite a few products out there that have an unpleasant corn-like smell, leave a greasy residue, and can irritate your skin. Reading the ingredients in a bottle of hand sanitizer before purchasing is very important.

Just today, Health Canada recalled over 50 different hand sanitizers due to the ethyl accetate and methanol content. You can find the list here

Our "Hydrapure" hand sanitizer is a high-quality alcohol based gel, that is made to a high standard by a cosmetics company in Quebec. It is Health Canada approved, and available in different sizes for a great price courtesy of

Give us a call for any questions on the hand sanitizers or spray sanitizers that we use here at ICSS.
