This program is meant for Industrial Workplaces – Industrial Regulation 851 –Section85 as well as Health Care And Residential Facilities Reg. 67/93 – Section 13.

Where a worker is exposed to the hazard of falling and the surface to which he or she might fall is more than three metres below the position where he is situated -fall protection is required. This also means anyone who works on ladders or at heights that exceed 3 metres or 10 feet in a non-construction environment, require Fall Protection training.  It is very important to learn the proper fit of a harness along with inspection techniques and how to use the different fall protection components, anchors, and anchorage systems.
