ELECTRICAL SAFETY FOR TESTERS, MULTIMETERS AND MEGGERS

This program is recommended for those workers who are involved in electrical testing in the workplace that requires the use of Electrical Testers, Multimeters and Meggers. Only those individuals who are trained and qualified may use such equipment. This is especially important because a worker’s life can depend on it. The OHSA requires employees to take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances for the protection of a worker Section 25 (2) (h). This includes providing safety training.

EMERGENCY FIRST AID

Basic one-day course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home.

ENVIRONMENTAL SPILL CONTROL

This training program is valuable for leadership and employees involved with or responsible for spill clean up and control in the workplace.

ERGONOMICS AWARENESS TRAINING

The objective of this training is to provide people with the knowledge, and information to accomplish their job tasks safely to prevent a musculoskeletal injury.

FALL PROTECTION

This program is meant for Industrial Workplaces – Industrial Regulation 851 –Section85 as well as Health Care And Residential Facilities Reg. 67/93 – Section 13.

FALL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT “INSPECTION” TRAINING

This training focuses on the proper inspection of fall protection equipment – what to look for, pass or fail criteria and documentation.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER TRAINING

The objective of Fire Extinguisher Training is to inform, simulate and provide knowledge to employees in the safe and effective use of fire extinguishers in the workplace.

FIRST AID AWARENESS TRAINING

This course is directed at individuals who want a better understanding of the different aspects of first aid in order to assist family members, friends, coworkers, or strangers who might be experiencing a medical emergency due to an accident or illness.

Please note that this training is NOT a certification course for the purpose of becoming a qualified First Aider.

 

FIT TESTING “TRAIN THE TRAINER” TRAINING

This course is for those individuals in the workplace who are tasked with the responsibility of fit testing workers whether that the workplace is industrial, a construction setting or in health care.

GASOLINE HANDLING SAFETY

By using gasoline properly and storing it safely, the risk of harm can be significantly reduced.

GPS AWARENESS TRAINING

This course will provide the participant with a general understanding of GPS and the accuracy that can be obtained with this technology.

GRASS TRIMMER SAFETY AWARENESS TRAINING

This training is valuable for anyone who will be using a grass trimmer either at home or in the workplace and is especially beneficial to new, young or inexperienced workers.

GROUNDS KEEPER SAFETY TRAINING

The target audience for this Grounds Keeper training is for groundskeepers and landscapers as well as golf course employees, facility management persons, cemetery workers, park and recreation employees and other workers whose responsibilities include grounds keeping work.

HAND TOOL SAFETY TRAINING

This training is meant to educate workers and create health and safety awareness while working with hand tools.

HANDLING CASH IN THE WORKPLACE TRAINING

This training is for all individuals in workplaces who are required to handle cash as part of their daily job.

HAZARD AWARENESS TRAINING

Through training we learn to identify and to be more aware of hazards. The goal of this training is to give you the tools to help identify hazards in the workplace.

HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL SPILLS AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE

This training is valuable for anyone working in an industry where there is the potential for a chemical release.

HEALTH & SAFETY AWARENESS TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES

This Occupational health and safety awareness training provides a basic understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).

HEALTH & SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE TRAINING

This program is intended for workplaces that have between 6 and 19 employees. Having a H&S Representative is a legal requirement under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

HEARING CONSERVATION TRAINING

This training programs discusses all aspects of hearing conservation in the workplace.
